What is a Diplomate?
A Diplomate is a dentist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of a specific field and who is certified by the respecting board.

Earning diplomate status in the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine (ABCDSM) is an important professional achievement that signifies to patients plus dental, medical and other healthcare professionals that the dentist has met the highest standards of care as set forth by the ABCDSM. In addition, dentists who are ABCDSM board-certified abide by the ABCDSM Code of Ethics and continuously refresh their knowledge and skills by participating in the ABCDSM Maintenance of Certification Program. The American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine recognizes that dentists are important members of the sleep-disordered breathing patient care team. 2015 -Shaping the Jawline – Nefrititi Lift

Dr. Louis Malchamer
1 hours

Named after Egyptian Queen Nefertiti, this treatment specifically targets the neck and jawline area using Botox for a rejuvenating and uplifting effect.

The neck and jawline are often neglected in favor of facial work. However, if the neck or jawline are saggy and loose, then this can ‘give away’ the fact that treatment has been had elsewhere.

The neck area can be particularly tricky to treat effectively as the skin is quite delicate and thin. However, this treatment can deliver remarkable results.

The Nefertiti Lift is designed to redefine the jaw and also soften neck lines for a rejuvenating effect that presents smoother skin without the need for surgery.

2014 -Acupuncture Meridian Assessment Training for Detecting Parasites and Dental Problems

Dr. Simon Yu, Dr. Robert Cass, Gordon Johnston and Dr. Doug Cook
St. Louis, MO
16 hours

This course was limited to medical doctors, osteopathic physicians and dentists who have an active medical/dental practice. The goal of the course was to teach the practitioners how to check a few essential acupuncture points to look for disturbances which might be an indication for possible parasites or dental problems. Many clinical case histories were presented that discussed the healing results that occur where prior numerous doctors and specialists failed to succeed.

Dr. Yu presented enhancements to acupressure meridian assessment testing (AMA) that includes a Color and Frequency Therapy to create a Phase Contrast to uncover hidden medical/dental problems. This addition has shown excellent results for un-cloaking difficult cases.

A final diagnosis based on Acupuncture Meridian Assessment alone cannot be made, but it can be a valuable tool to assist clinical decision making. It offers a quick insight into initiating treatment as well as for monitoring the progression of healing. AMA can be applied in conjunction with standard medical/dental evaluations.

The class consisted of lectures and several hands on boot camp drills for two and half days. The class was small, hands on, somewhat experimental, and spontaneous. There will be two additional instructors from Canada, Dr. Robert Cass representing Avatar EAV and Gordon Johnston representing Kindling EAV.
